COMPOUNDING

CBG offers our customers the capability to provide the reduction of high strength spirit for bottling as well as a full compounding service. This enables customers to produce distilled gin from essence and neutral grain spirit (NGS) as well as gin liqueurs.

RINSING

Our rinsers utilise compressed air, deminerialised water or ethanol to provide a thorough cleaning and draining of your bottles. This removes any loose foreign matter from your bottles through pressure-rinsing. This flexibility means CBG can rinse and fill any bottle from 5cl to 75cl.

FILLING

Our in line fillers enable you to fill to a specific volume in virtually any bottle. This flexibility means we can offer customers real choice in the glass that they want to present their brands in. We can cater for bottles in any shape with either cork or screw cap. The fillers use a gentle fill to protect the liquid with mechanical plates introducing the bottle to the filler head in a sterile and guarded atmosphere. This means that we eliminate the possibility of inclusions - ensuring product integrity and giving you peace of mind.

CORKING AND

CAPPING

Our automatic corker capper runs at 1800 bottles per hour and offers customers total flexibility on size of cork as well as miniatures with Roll On Pilfer Proof (ROPP) caps. CBG also offer the capability to apply External Screw Top (EST or GPI).

LABELLING AND CAPSULATING

Our automatic labeller capsulator offers unparalleled flexibility. Heat shrink or foil capsules are applied on any bottle at speeds up to 2,500 bottles per hour. The labeller can apply front, back and neck self adhesive labels on any bottle format or size with label heights up to 200mm.

IN-LINE BOTTLE

LOT CODING

CBG has invested in industry leading Inkjet printers which apply Julien date and time stamps on any bottle passing down the line. This offers customers the ability to sell their brands into major retailers. This also helps customers to export their brand worldwide.

PACKING AND FINISHING

CBG can offer total flexibility offering manual packing of in 6 or 12 pack cartons onto CHEP Blue or Euro pallet.

ABV MANAGEMENT

Using industry leading (Anton Paar) ABV measurement equipment enables CBG to guarantee that the ABV in the bottle complies to international labelling standards.
